TTT Saturday morning workout

7am Swim, 8am Spin, 9am Run *** Remember to grab a 8am Spin pass and a Master swim Pass on your way in. *** Come do what you can. If you plan on working out more then one hour bring some calories. Every 45 min it's important to be taking in at least 100 calories to avoid the BONK!!!! I always bring 2 water bottles as well. Stay hydrated!!!!! See you all in the morning!!!!! If you are interested in purchasing a TTT Hoodie I will bring the order form. $25 I will be taking orders till March 14th

  1. Looks like you can only pick a spin pass 30 minutes prior to the class, so the 8am spin pass can be picked up at 7:30am

  2. I just noticed the new rule. O'boy!!!! March 10th the following Sarurday, the new Tri class starts. 9,10,11 we won't need any passes. We'll get a full workout in with each sport. No waiting for lane lines to be put up, no waiting in lines for a spin pass. Nice!!!!!
