Saturday Morning Workout Time change

Saturday Morning Workout is now at 9,10,11 A.M.
We will start off in the pool at 9 A.M., begin our Spin at 10 then finish off with a run at 11. You will need a towel, water bottle, and a notebook with pen. For the Swim and Run portion there will be times and distances I will want you to keep track of. Keeping track and measuring progress is a great way to keep yourself motivated!!!!! I will have have a run prepared for you to do on the treadmill this week. Sometimes we will take our run to the track or outside. We'll mix it up a bit to keep things fun.
