Things you will need next Saturday for Tri Class.

First off, you will always need to being a notebook and pen. Last week I had the team do a Swim, Spin with hills and a treadmill workout. They put their distance on the workout and will tape it in their notebooks. Next time we do that particular workout they can try and add a little distance. Next week we will start our workout off in the pool. We will be timing our 100's. Then we will do speed training on the bikes. Last we'll take our run outside and time a fast and flat 5k. Bring a few Gu's, Towel, 2- Water bottles, and a stop watch if you have one.
