April 21st iTri Workout

Last Saturday we got rained out!!!! Let's try this again!!! We'll meet in front of JL ready to ride at 7am roll out at 7:10. This week we'll bike the Triathamom route. We'll ride up to Bacus and do a big loop around to the High then back to JL. Next you'll run the 5K route or run/walk the 1.5 mile route behind the gym followed by 45 min Tri training in the pool. Make sure you have a couple water bottles and snacks. 45 min into your bike ride you need to be taking in calories. Do not skip breakfast and try and make Fridays your easy or rest day. This will make your long Sat workout more enjoyable Trust me!! All levels are welcome and encouraged to participate. The weather is suppose to be Fantastic!!!!!
