This Saturday we're doing a combined practice tri. Meet on the pool deck at 8:30. You will be swimming tri style. How many yards can you swim in 30 min? Next you will have a 5 min transition to the Spin room for 1 hour of riding. You know what comes next, a flat&fast timed 5k. We will do this again on the 28th of May.
The last Saturday of every month we will combine and start at 8:30. Every other Saturday we'll meet at the usual time 7a.m. in front of JL ready to ride outdoors. Next will be the run. We're splitting the distances up like this: 1.5 mile walk/run, 5k or a 5.5 mile route. Next 30 min of lap swimming.
Triple Threat Triathletes ***TTT*** is a Family and Jr. Tri Team. Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced are all welcome and Encouraged to join. Don't be discouraged by our team name.
