Triple Threat Triathletes ***TTT*** is a Family and Jr. Tri Team. Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced are all welcome and Encouraged to join. Don't be discouraged by our team name. New Saturday Morning Tri Times
There will be no iTri class this Saturday. We will start back up the following Saturday. *** WE ARE STARTING AT 7 a.m. AND TAKING IT OUT DOORS *** We will meet in front of JL ready to roll out at 7:10 sharp. Please come early if you are paying a daily fee. I will need to pull a roster before we take off. Next we will do our Fun 5k. Those of you that are building up to running a 5k will do a up and back 1.5 mile route. 9am will finish off with a swim. This will be our new schedule till the end of May. We will then take it over to the south county outdoor pool. We'll keep the same order Bike, Run, Swim. Flyer's and info on the JL website should be updated soon. Can I get a BIG WAHOOOOOO For Spring!!!!!!!!
