If you haven't heard we've added Junior triathletes along with families to Triple Threat Triathletes. Where are we training you ask, JL Sorenson Rec center every Saturday morning at 9am. Monthly registration is ONLY $20 !!!!! There is also a day pass option for $6. Sign up while there are still spots. October class will be $15 and start of the 13th. ((there will be a swim meet at this time on October 6th)) 30 min swim/30 min spin/30 min run. Parents that are dropping of your child, I will have them ready for pickup at 11:15 in front of the gym. Bring a water bottle and light snack. See you there!!!
For those of you attending the Tu Tu making party this Saturday check the event page. It will be at Julie Gallegos house 6 p.m. Bring a dessert or side dish.

We've had some fun rides recently up Butterfield and just around the valley. If you haven't joined us yet....... Come out and ride What are you waiting for!!!!! The weather will be too cold soon.
Next Saturday we will all gather our Coven of witch's and ride our broom sticks (bikes) over 60 miles in the Wicked Witch Ride. We will either be meeting the night before for a group picture and a bite to eat or gathering at Danielle's Brothers place for a big BBQ. I can't wait to see the costumes you all come up with.
Triple Threat Triathletes ***TTT*** is a Family and Jr. Tri Team. Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced are all welcome and Encouraged to join. Don't be discouraged by our team name. This group is the most WELCOMING and FUN group of athletes. Come join us for one of our group workouts or monthly meet ups. Are you thinking about signing up a race?
